Collective capability in teams

In collaboration with Stockholm School of Economics, Influence has developed a survey for measuring the collective capability in work teams.

Unlike other employee surveys, the collective capability survey measures the group’s ability to create the right conditions for knowledge integration. Influence uses web-based self-assessment tools where the client’s employees individually assess their groups’ collective capability in its various dimensions.

The result is an excellent platform for teams to start the development of the group’s collective capability.
